Hey Hey, Brian from VA here.. I just wanted to stop by and say hi. I'm new to the forum..well duh or i wouldnt be posting here. Last trip to Disney was Feb 2010, went to Disney world after the superbowl and ever since I have been trying to figure out how i'm going to get back, I forgot how much I loved disney and how being there makes you forget all your issues that may be bothering you. When i went last year, i was unemployed and the whole time i was there I totally forgot about it. It was amazing. So much changed over the years too, i think the time i went before last year was 10-12 years ago, and I still remember those trips. Well ever since I came back from Disney it has restored my Disney nutfulness...lol. Anyway, besides wanted to go back to disney, I have started to rebuild my disney dvd collection too... My Favorite hotel is Port Orleans Riverside, its always so pretty and so peaceful, i wanna check out others but I am just so comfy at Riverside. My 1st trip to Disney I stayed there and it was still called Dixie Landings at the time, I've stayed there 3 times so far. Can't help it.. hehe

Anyway, I can't wait to get back to Disney and you all will see me around on the forums im sure...

Welcome! I'm another Virginianian (I'm about 30 miles south of DC).

I agree - going to WDW makes you forget all your troubles & worries. We've been going every year (at least once sometimes twice a year if we can get away) since 2006 (after becoming DVC members.) We usually stay at Saratoga Springs, but in about 16 days we'll be staying at the Boardwalk for the first time. Can't wait!!!

And yes...the DIS can be quite addictive!

I know the feeling....our first trip I was layed off....that was 1977.....thru the years now and 44 trips under our belts, we seem to melt into the magic of the mouse and leave all our troubles and worries behind....it's why we keep returning. We did a stay once way back when at the then called Dixie Landings....supposed to be a 8 day stay but we had mold and room issues and they moved us to the Yacht Club Resort....what a difference....I hope you get you trip all ironed out and return soon....nothing says relaxation like a Disney vacation....welcome!

Yea, I've always loved disney, I am hoping to balance out some finances and hopefully put myself in a better financial situation...

One thing I would love to do is join DVC, been doing some research on that and with how i love to travel (when i have money), i feel it would suit me perfectly. Here is to many magical dreams coming true.
