Any helpful suggestions appreciated:

Total Cal - 1532
Fat gram - 5 - 30%
Carbs - 228 - 57%
Protein - 48 - 13%
Sodium - 3426 mg (WOW!)

I take a Tums daily and a Vitamin ABC. After checking on my Vit C for the day I dont think I need to take an extra Vit C anymore 359% RDA
 
I am assuming you are not on Atkins with that carb intake?? :p:p

Looks good to me, but I am no expert on anything either! ;):)
 
I just started on Fitday also. I have logged my exercise and drink. I haven't eaten yet today, so I could not log food. I am sure I am going to stuggle with getting it right.
 
I am on Atkins, and the first thing I would say is to lower your carb intake by atleast half for now and see if you see any results. I try to keep my calorie income at about 1200 calories.
