It's so warm over here in the UK. I haven't been on here for a long time. A big shout out to everyone who is training, I'm currently injured so hope to be fit and ready to go soon- hate not being able to run.

Has anyone got any advice about coping with an injury? I've never been injured before and am finding it hard not being able to go out for a run or even swim.

Sorry to hear about your injury. Knock-on-wood, I have avoided anything more serious than a few blisters and sore muscles, so I don't have any great advice for you - just lots of wishes for a quick and complete recovery.
 
Advice depends on the seriousness of your injury. Are you totally off any movement? Completely, well, library books are great! ;)
