Now as for the AEP here's the report:
Day 1 March 8 I flew in really late so nothing to report lol. Excpet for an insane wait on ME for non existent riders!!! Didn't get to my room til 1:30am!!! Stuck at the back of the 50's section. Oh well only 2 nights
Day 2 March 9: Ok so this is the first time I have slept in at WDW!!! I didn't get up to go to a park today because I couldn't bear to pay for a 1 day ticket!! So I got up and got ready to head to DTD. And it was HOT!!! Short and a button up shirt it was.
I hit WoD and bought my main souvie for this trip Alot of stuff was on sale, just like in Dec So I picked up a 20 anniver Roger Rabbit Watch!!! Has Jesica and Roger on it LOVE IT!!!! So after that I headed over to Earl!!! had a delicious Tuna Melt and then walked up to Gooding's for some Combo's and Trix Cereal.
While i was walking past the Mc D's these guys in some van were yelling at me. Not bad stuff but "hey baby come here!!" It was a tad weird I had my ipod on so I just pretended I didn't hear them. So I got my stuff and walked way around the van as to avoid them and went and got a drink at the Mc D's for the long trek back to DTD.
When i got back I walked aropund some more and got a txt from a fellow AEP'er so i headed back to Pop for a swim (another thing I usually don't waste time doing) and a shower and costume change. I spoke to Linda and we decided to have dinner at Kona and meet at the Poly.
I headed ove rhtere early so i could just soke up the atmosphere and check out the shops. I found the Pride Flag Mickey Head pin Austin had in Dec so I bought one and put it front and centre on my bag!!! I waited for her to show up and ended up getting a tabl;e for us. they called me waaay too soon but I decided to go in anyways. i waited and waited and waited. the server we had was kinda useless. I ordered a drink and my dessert to have before she arrived. It took her forever to get me a diet coke and then she brought my dessert as Linda arrived. I told her to take and back and hold it for me.
So anyways we hcatted about our flights down and what we did. Linda was BURNT. She was as red as a lobster!!! She said it didn't hurt. Whatever. So the rest of the meal was good had the delicious chicken wings. We heade over to watch the fireworks outside of MK. Linda heard from angie that they were arriving soon and since they were all sharing a room. we headed back to Music to meet them. After they arrived we dumped their stuff and headed for DTD.
I must say Angie (my FORMER boss) was alot different than I had expected. I will elaborate as I continue. Brandi was from SC and was such a cutie, we got along so well. I was constantly cracking her up all week!!
So we hit DTD and they had some earl. I just grabbed a rice krispie treat and drink. We walked around and talked and just got to know each other. Went to Virgin and then headed back to the busses since it was almost 12am. I think getting rid of PI was a mistake because after 11 there is NOTHING to do in DTD. It was creepy and not some place I want to go alone anymore.
