hertz rental car could have ruined spring break

Staying at Animal Kingdom Lodge, rented from Hertz one day to go to Kennedy Space Center, called day before to schedule pick up from hotel, woman with accent said to call the next morning and schedule it. Our rental was at 8am. Called the next morning for 20 minutes no answer, finally got thru and transferred to Robert, no answer, called again and was told person gave us wrong info, on hold 5 minutes, Robert got on line and said no pick up service available till 11am, said we had to take taxi, took taxi $15 for 2 miles, already long line, one person at counter, Robert helped us, another family told exact same thing, denied reimbursement for taxi as he was promised, finally drove out 1 hour later. Fyi, don't believe anything lady with accent says, rent from the car care center instead, tried to save money, but ended up with bad service and almost ruining our day with incompetent or disgruntled staff. This is the Hertz on 7471 west irlo bronson hwy.
