Hertz or National onsite at Tampa Airport

Can anyone tell me if either of these two car rental companies are onsite at the Tampa airport?

Be aware that Hertz does not have Number One Club Gold service at Tampa. The best you get is a seperate line at the counter. We waited 1/2 hour for our car last week. My complaints were for naught.
