We will be visiting Hershey for 5 days (DH, DS3,DS1,DS1 and myself) Does anyone know any good places to eat?? We'll be staying in Hummelstown. My DH likes BBQ,steaks, burgers,starbucks etc.... Thanks so much for any help.

You are going to love love love Hershey! The town of hershey has the basic fast food and pizza places as well as Fuddruckers our favorite. Not sure if you have one where you are fun but they are the best Hamburgers ever!

Just now saw your post. If you haven't yet made the trip be sure to try Red Robyn. Great burgers, chicken sandwiches and salads.

There's also a 50's style diner in Hummelstown (about 10 minutes from Hershey Park) called the Soda Jerk.

If you've already made the trip, keep these in mind for the next time your travel to my "neck of the woods".

another vote here for the soda jerk!!! great place!!! also you are only about 20-30 minutes from harrisburg. great place to visit.

Thanks so much for the suggestions. I happened to go to Red Robin- good burger! We think we may go in Oct- so maybe I'll try the soda jerk!!

There is also a Scrapbook store in the outlets. Not sure of the name but I can find out if you like! No idea about food! But can smell a scrapbook store, 50 miles away! HAHAHAHA

it was great. If you go to the Hershey city website they list the name of the outlet mall and you can link to that with all the name of the stores.

I grew up 5 miles from Hershey. You will love it there. If you have not gone yet (sorry just read this post) YOU MUST EAT AT THE HERSHEY PANTRY!!!!!!!!!!!!! They have muffins the size of your head and they are filled with flavored cream cheese. (think chocolate chip muffins with peanutbutter creamcheese). Breakfast is to die for. Lunch is wonderful. I have never made it to dinner I was way to full. It is located on Main Street next to a hotel (sorry I forgot the name, it is a big chain hotel). We live in Germany and this is the first place I go to eat when I come home. Hope this helps.
