Heroes Final Episode *Spoilers*

So what did everyone think of the final episode of Heroes last night (or if you have Sky, whenever it was)?

Part of me liked the ending and part of me didn't. I liked that Nathan turned up to save his brother but wasn't so sure about the whole flying off into the sky bit. Looking forward to season 2 though. Who do you think the even worse person than Sylar is that Molly mentioned, someone we've not met yet or perhaps Nathan and Peters Mum, she seems evil!?!?!

Have not watched it yet but looking forward to it Our Christmas work hours leave us little time to watch much at the mo' but we'll catch up soon. I think Sylar's father is gonna be worse than him let's face it he had to get it from some where and I doubt it was his mother. Not sure about Mrs P yet she definitely has her own agenda. Looking forward to the next series too that's if they ever resolve the writers strike across the pond

I saw a couple of episodes of season two when we were in the states in October. It looks more confusing than ever!

I'm up to episode 10 of season 2. The writers strike has stopped filming at episode 11.

Lost starts in February.

I am with you on this, Claire - I enjoyed it, but. I'm not even sure what the but is. I don't understand how if Sylar is still alive, which I believe that he is, he could ever be conquered without Peter who was like his good equal.

I am so interested to find out who the person is who Molly hinted at too. I thought of Lindemann but he is dead (or is he?) and wondered also if it was going to be a character we haven't met yet. I hadn't thought of Mrs P. She definitely has an agenda, but I don't know how evil she is, hopefully all will be revealed.

Wonder when we will get Season 2?

I think from the hint at the end (the manhole cover melting slightly, Sylars first power that he stole) that Sylar must still be alive. Also because of the programme about Heroes afterwards that Peter must also be alive.

Fingers crossed we'll get season 2 in the spring.

Aah, I haven't watched Unmasked yet, fingers crossed for Peter and a Spring return.

I was a bit disappointed with the end really, specially as the last episodes leading up to it were incredible, the end just seemed to peter out (no pun intended) a little.

Am also up to season two, just gutted about the break they're up to now, as this is easily my favourite show on telly (well, along with Top Gear lol - how contrasting!). Some people have said that season 2 is a bit slow, but i'm finding it perfectly paced, setting things up for later. You do find out who Molly's "nightmare man" is tho fairly early on, which is nice

It wasn't the writers' strike, it is just a break like they did (on American telly) in the middle of the series. Writers' strike may, however, have a say in when it comes back on again, depending on how much past this point has been written already, tho i'm not holding my breath sadly

I will say about the final episode that I said about the whole thing. A Little less Conversation, a little more action please. Throughout the series I haven't been able to break the illusion that something amazing will happen at some point. (e.g. I was soo hoping that Jessica vs. Nathan would happen a couple of episodes back, before it turned that Nikie was in Control. or Maybe Mica Could use his powers to escape, I dunno).

I did love how all the character plotlines came together in new york. That must of taken a lot of skill to do and make it plausible! And at least there is a cliffhanger. We don't know what happened to DL, Matt, Peter, Nathan and of course, Sylar.

I am hoping that there's a new villian too, that'd be fun.

Watched "Heroes the Story so far" last night which gave a few snippets of info about season 2. Which I shall write in white and you can highlight if you want to know...

Peter and Nathan are still alive although their Mum thinks Peter is dead. Hiro stays in the past for quite a while. New Heroes come into the programme. The show starts 4 months later.

The BBC website just says Season 2 coming to BBC 2 in 2008.

Yep all of your snippets are right, and (in white for mini "spoiler" purposes) althought Hiro staying in the past seems pointless at first, it really comes good if you stick with it!!

Can't wait for the second part of season 2 to start up again now!!
