Does Typhoon Lagoon and DisneyQuest really take all day?

DisneyQuest for more than 12 hours ?
I was planning for 3 hours at each.

And then you have MK and Epcot in the same day?

I can easliy spend all day at TL. Between playing and relaxing it's the best of both worlds. If you want to just hit each slide once and the shark reef once-- and outta there-- then 3 hours is enough. To really enjoy it, I would give it at least 5-6 hours.

Just a note-- the FAO Schwartz is closed now. I'm assuming you weren't planning on a lot of park time-- so this looks great.

Last time we got to Disney Quest at opening and we only left at 8pm because we had an illuminations cruise booked....otherwise we might have stayed longer. We're not necessarily going to be there from open until close, we just haven't made any other plans that day so we're free to stay if we want to. In all likelihood, we'll probably leave between 7 & 9pm. My DS9 could play video games for days on end(he especially liked the Aladin thing). My DD12 spend a good portion of our last visit playing DDR and this time she's bringing a friend so I'm sure they'll manage to entertain themselves. DH and I really liked the PoC thing and we like the vintage video games like Tron so we'll keep busy. We're not locked into being there all day, we just liked the idea that we could be if we wanted to.

As for Typhoon Lagoon, I don't think we'll be there from open 'til close either but who knows. We'll get there at opening and probably stay until mid afternoon.

I didn't know FAO Schwartz was closed. Thanks for the heads up....that means we can just do DTD! Yay!

No, we're not planning alot of park time this visit. We go regularly so this trip is just meant to give us a dose of the magic and allow for some relaxing too.
