I ran some Disney music through a BPM analyzer And that's beats per minute for the uninitiated -- you use it to match music to your running / walking rhythm. I find it super helpful for moving smoothly at my best speed.

God bless you! I've been trying to figure this out, too! I looked up their app, but for $3, it's only using music I have on my phone, and I have to leave the screen on, no thanks. I may as well make my own playlist on the phone and set it on shuffle. The website is a good resource, though!
