Just logged on to book a trip and the online Booking tool is down. Guess I'll try my luck the old fashion way when the phone lines open at 9.Hopefully their booking tools will be up .
 
I was beginnning to think it was my computer...thanks for confirmation that it wasn't only me.
 
Online booking came back up at exactly 9:00 am EST, just as I started dialing MS.

I was starting to go through the phone prompts when I saw it came back up at 9. I hung up and went through all the steps. When I hit submit for the final confirmation I got the " We are unable to process your request at this time". So I called back and waited for a rep. and she told me it went through after all and gave me my confirmation number. Since then I received my confirmation email. Phew !! all that just to make a reservation but now I start the countdown for the dinner reservations that I want lol.
 

I'm glad you got your desired reservation. :) I know it's stressful when things don't work as advertised! Good luck for the ADR & FP+ reservations.
