We just found out that we're preapproved for a home loan so I'm even more excited than usual by these pictures. I hope that we find a home even half as pretty as yours.

For a minute I thought we had the same house plan! The front looks very similar, but the insides are quite different. You're smart to be thinking about sound. I noticed when we moved in here it was almost unbearable until I put stuff on the walls. I even hung a quilt in the family room where the kids mostly play. It helped a lot. Those high ceilings can really echo with kids!
