I think the weather probably affects my perception of crowds as well. We always go in stinking hot August where people can get tired and cranky pretty fast. The weather this week has been perfect for us. Cloudy and warm, but no rain. It feels easy and enjoyable just walking around the parks mid day right now.

A little OT, but how is the monorail? I know it is supposed to be under a modified schedule right now, so wondering how that is working out...we will be there in two days and staying at the Poly, so hoping it's up to snuff with any luck

Earlier today I read a tweet that said the lines for both ferry and monorail reach from their loading area to the tram drop off and MK has hit phase A about 10:30
