I thought I would post a few observations while I have the chance. I may not be able to answer questions because our 24 hr. time period ends this evening.
1. AK today--EE had a 10 min. wait in the middle of the afternoon! Crowds didn't seem bad there.
2. Parks in general--Clean. I haven't noticed trash piling up, this includes bathrooms.
3. Rides--Waits haven't been bad. 20 min. for Splash the other day. The rides that did have a wait, we used FP. It's been very easy to get things done in the parks. All attractions have been running. HM had NO audio problems. We enjoyed the new Nemo attraction. It is a cute family ride. It had no wait.
4. CMs--Wonderful! DH commented on how outgoing most of the cm's have been. I definately notice a difference from last Feb. We have noticed some that aren't as outgoing, but 90% of the time their GOH badge has a college listed on it. Maybe it's the age?
5. YOAMD--We haven't noticed any dreams given away, but we have seen many magical touches to make guests stay more enjoyable. My dh went to the cafe in the Poly to get our coffee and they told him to "have a magical day, the coffee is on us today." He was thrilled. My dd8 got to do a matching game at the Christmas store in Marketplace and she received a certificate and a free mickey ornament for playing. Little things like that can make an impression on people.
6. MNSSHP--We had a great time! It sold out, but ride lines were nonexistent. We also had no problem getting a spot for the first parade, with a great view of the headless horseman! The parade was really good. People were herded out that didn't have wristbands. It didn't seem to be a problem.
Well, we're off to trick or treat!
