Here Now Tuesday, 2/18, @ 12:30 ~ Anna and Elsa wait = 3.5 hours

Walked over from DHS and made it to IG in less than 20 minutes. The A&E line was visible from across the lagoon. CM stated the wait is 3.5 hours. Yesterday, at its worst, there was a 6 hour wait. CM recommends rope drop or later in the evening...he did say at rope drop the line jumped to a 2.5 hour wait within a few minutes.

Not to put a damper on what different kids really truly want to do, but I wouldn't have waited for anything short of Walt himself for that amount of time. I love my kids, but fortunately they are adults now and not into Disney character meet and greets.
Thank goodness for small favors. The fact that both are guys probably would make a difference too!!
I'm grateful and have been for some years that all that sort of thing came after my guys were grown, married, etc.

Oh my gosh.... I hope there is a better solution before the end of June! We met them in November, but it it is a MUST do for my DD. This sumer trip, its just me and the girls, so no other adult to hold our spot.....

If anyone is going late June and willing to wait in line for me, Id trade 4 FP+ to Soarin' and TT!

Wow! Frozen is SO incredibly popular! I mean, I thought it was pretty good, but liked Tangled better. Tangled never got thius kind of response, did it? Disney must be LOVING this!

I'm not judging anyone who chooses to do this, but when my DD was young, she never would have even found out that they were there. We would have avoided even allowing her to realize this. The vacation belongs to everybody in my family. If she found out about it, I would have distracted her with something better.

My DS was obsessed (and I mean obsessed) with Stitch. Even with that kind of "love," I would not have waited hours to take him to see Sitch. (I did book more than one breakfast though ).

I think its because there are 2 face characters. Usually during a m&g, you get an autograph, say cheese, and move along. When we met them in November they both went on and on about my two dd's being sisters, and hwo much they loved being sisters, telling stories of their childhood and such. Seriously, we were probably there 10 min with them as they talked. It was wonderful, and by far our favorite character interaction of the trip.... but I think thats why their line stays so long.

My daughter didn't care too much for the movie, but if I was in other peoples spot I would never even mention that it was possible to do this meet and greet and only slip it in if we happened to find the wait reasonable.

My two daughters are ate up with this movie. That being said, this guy is not waiting in a line for that long for anything. These vacations are too expensive to stand in line for 6 hours for one thing. They should have a few different meet and greet locations at the same time.

There is nothing worth a 6 hour wait..well...at least not at WDW, but if Frozen is so popular then where is the merchandise ? We were at Epcot, MK and DTD two weeks ago and my DW looked and looked for anything "Frozen" and could find nothing. She even asked at 4 different Disney stores and could find nothing.

They are back to 11:00a for now, unknown if they will change back next week. Keep checking.

I'm seriously hoping they change it again for the next week, magically. I want to meet them so bad, but I'm really concerned most of my dad will be wasted in that line.

Our plan is to have my parents get in line at rope drop. We are having breakfast in epcot that morning so we will be there a little later. Once my parents get close to the front of the line, they will call us to come meet them. But if they dont feel like waiting or it gets too long, then we will just call it a day. They will be meeting all the other princesses, I still consider it a win/win.

I see you're going about the same time I am. I wish I had someone who could wait in line for me! But it's just me and my bf. So I'll really have to make decisions if that line is ridiculous.
