Here now. Husband and I had a thought and he said the Dis needed to join in!

My husband I were dining in the world showcase yesterday for lunch. He was having a braut from Germany and I was having a lamb wrap from Morocco. Now, on Valentines Day, my husband and I hate going out. Instead, we get what we like to call "Dream Meal". We go to a certain restaurant and get our favorite appetizer to go. Then, we decide what our favorite entre is, go to that restaurant and get that to go. Then, we decide what our favorite dessert is, go to that restaurant, get to it to, and then go home and enjoy "Dream Meal" as it is made up of our all-time favorites. Since we were dining in the world showcase, we started talking about what our favorites were in each country which lead to "Dream Meal - Disney Style."

For my husband, his looked like this:
Appetizer: Cheddar cheese soup from Le Cellier
Entre: Pork Osso Buco from Mama Melrose
Dessert: Rice pudding from Akershus
Drink: Red wine from Italy (any red wine)


This was mine:
Appetizer: Cheddar cheese soup from Le Cellier
Entre: Meatballs from Akershus
Dessert: Baklava from Morocco
Drink: Pinot Noir Qba from Germany

doughnuts at Typhoon Lagoon { where they have a kiosk and make em fresh}

Butternut Squash soup at Wolfgang Puck Express

Main Entree- Cheese Empanadas at Mexico

Drink- Blood Orange Margarita inside Mexico at La cava

Dessert- Creme Brulee at France!!! YUMMMMMMMMY

Really not sure why this got moved. It's not an actual game. It's much more a thread that gives me ideas of where to eat and what to get when I eat there.

I'd go for the combo appy at R&C with the Scotch egg, cup of leek soup etc, the lasagna from Tutto, the chocolate whiskey cake from Le Cel, and a large dark bier from Biergarten.
