Flew out of Boston this morning and had a great first day! Went to check in at Hard Rock, but room wasn't ready yet. Went to USO around 1:45. Rode Minions (close to 30 minutes in Express Pass line), then Transformers (walk on with Express Pass), then headed to Diagon Alley and, wow - we were so impressed with the whole area! It was very crowded, but we explored many of the shops, got some butter beer, then went to Gringotts. Posted wait time was 90 minutes which was very accurate. Got in line at 3:50 and was off the ride, through the shop, and retrieved stuff from locker at 5:25. Posted wait time was still 90 minutes then. We liked the ride, but wouldn't wait for it again. Rode Hogwarts Express (probably around 15 minute wait) to IOA and will definitely ride it the other way sometime before we leave. Did a few rides in IOA, but we only lasted until about 7:00 since we got up so early this morning. We're looking forward to 2 full days in the parks. Yay for vacation!!

We really enjoyed Hogwarts Express. King's Cross and the train itself were impressive, and the ride was fun. It definitely exceeded our expectations!
