Here now at BLT, Contemporary, Any Questions ?

Hello all
Its our second day here at the Bay Lake Tower. Will be here eight more. We're staying in a one bedroom lake view at all most the end of the tower. We got lucky and and have a really nice view of the Magic Kingdom. We can see the
Castle perfectly from our room. We are high up in the tower and the view is to die for . The room was spotless and in really good condition. A big improvement over our stay last year.

I will check in every morning to try to answering any of your questions.

Kinda an odd question, but is there any info in your room about laundry services? We leave on the 23rd for 8 days at CR and we will have to do some laundry while at the park.

BLT has activities - but for meals or shopping you go to CR.

I agree I would love to see some pics of the room and the view of the castle - at night. I have always wanted to stay at BLT - it just seems like such a nice resort!

I will try to post some picks tomorrow. I am using my daughters iPad to connect so I still have a learning curve to deal with. We are on the 11 th floor on the outside of the radius. It might just be me but the room seems so much bigger than the room we had last year. It was a bay lake view on the inside of the radius. There a like four huge windows in the living room, when looking out all you see is Bay lake. And to the extreme left is the castle and space mountain. I was surprised to see wake boarders, parasailers and people fishing and catching fish. But the llake is mostly quiet.

The wifi isn't bad. I think it depends on the time of day. Right now its 6:15 am. I am sitting in the contempo cafe and I have it all to my self. I have full strength. Sometimes I am down to two bars. But it's not bad.

There is a washer and dryer in the room but we haven't used them yet. One thing my wife brought that I think that's pretty cool are collapsible laundry baskets. The are made with cloth like mesh and wires. When collapsed the take verturly no room in the suitcase. They just kind of spring open.

I forgot to mention that the tv channel listing is much better, not that we have watched to much tv.

Did you by any chance take pictures of your room! I have finally got my family into a 1 bedroom villa standard view and a deluxe studio room! I would love to show my family some pictures from real guest!

Jus got back from said laundry room. 2 bucks for wash and 2 dry. 1 buck for box of soap. Takes room key or any credit card ( major ones ). 26 min wash and 45 min dry. Bottom corner dryer closest to soap vender sucks use one above it !

Make sure you let maintenance know about the problem with the dryer before you leave. Then it will work for the next guest. Would have been nice if the guests before you had done the same, right?
