Here is what I have planned...

Cape May Cafe - Breakfast

I kind of feel there are to many Buffets and one of these is family style (ohana)
All of these are ones I want to try but I don't know if I am missing a nice sit down restaurant...
We (family of 4) will be staying at POR (5nights) and then Beach Club (2nights) I thought since we will be staying at Beach Club it would be nice to eat there, as I do not know when we will get back there. Staying there is our anniversary gift...

It looks great. However, you are only doing 2 buffets...Boma and Cape May (which may be a lot for you, but we are always doing buffets in our family). You are going to love Cape May Cafe for breakfast, that is one of our favorite character meals. I hadn't realized that until I made the ADRs for our upcoming March trip and decided not to eat there (wanted to try someplace else), then when the rest of the family found out about what I did, well, lets just say they were not happy with me..... So, guess where we are eating breakfast one morning . Also, Le Cellier is a very good pick...we ate there for the first time this past December and we LOVED it. We loved it so much that we decided to do it again in March to celebrate my FIL's retirement....we are very excited because my ILs have no idea that we are eating here (they have always wanted to buy never did) . As for Boma, we have never eaten here so cannot comment on it, and Ohana, we thought was just o.k. We ate there in December as well and our server was on an off day, plus we thought the food was alright. However, we did love seeing Mickey and Lilo (the interaction with them and my two girls were priceless, as for Pluto and Stitch, well it just seemed like they just wanted to do the autographs/pictures and then leave). Have fun on your trip....you are going to LOVE BC

My Crystal Palace is a Buffet as well and we are going to Ohana for dinner not breakfast.

I am thinking of a nice sit down restraunt during our stay at the Beach Club. Anyone have recomendations? Only 1TS please.

Oh and other than the Beach Club and the resorts near by (YC,BW) we can go into HS or Epcot. Again 1TS.

You might try Capt. Grill at the YC or Chefs de France in Epcot.

I would switch CP and Boma to breakfast, the food is so much better for breakfast than dinner
