Here is my problem...

I just realized that I made one too many ADR's...tell me if you think this would work..

We have an ADR at H&V at 11:00, and also a 2:45 at Sci -Fi, which I know is really close. I will have 2 children's TS credits for my sons who are not going to the princess breakfast, so I was thinking about using those for 2 of my kids, and just either letting my 3 yo DD share with her brothers (8 and 5), or order her one also. I don't think that the adults will be all that hungry, so I was thinking either a cup of soup or even just milkshakes to tide us over until later (no other TS planned for the dat, can do CS at POR later if needed).

Do you think this would work? DH really wanted to take the kids to Sci-Fi, it is one of his favorites?

I think you would be able to do what you describe as far as using just 2 child's credits and paying OOP for DD 3 and the adults to order something light.
My question is Why? For us, those ADR's are WAY to close together and no one, including the children, would be hungry for the 2:45 Sci Fi ADR. I think it is too much and a waste and we wouldn't enjoy it.

I agree that unless your family eats light at buffets, the ADRs are too close together even if you treat Sci-Fi as a snack. If you get seated on time, you will probably be at H&V until 12:30 or so. Personally, I would try to move Sci-Fi to later in the day. With those ADRs so close, it will be hard to fit in the shows.

I understand you DH's feelings about wanting to try Sci-Fi. I don't know when you are going, but it might not be too late to move one or both ADRs so they are farther apart

However, if you are looking for flexibility, you can always see how your trip goes and cancel one of the ADRs while you are there. If your family is doing better at buffets, keep H&V. If the family is doing well at sit down and you feel the darkness of Sci-Fi will be relaxing, keep Sci-Fi. Just make sure you cancel as soon as you decide, so someone else can use that ADR
