Ummm, 'Bob', kids do not have to be 'marketed to', kids only need to get the ball rolling with wanting them, they being 'high tech', expensive, the latest.

That is a nice shoe but I will stick with my Nike Shox and so will my kids. I just spent 589.99 on shoes for myyself the wife and our 2 daughters the little guy still has lots of shoes that fit him. This was all before adding on the 15% sales tax with the PST and GST.

I don't think I have ever paid over $35 for a pair of tennis shoes/sneakers in my life.

However, there may be times when a high-tech shoe could come in handy.
