For The East Branch Brandywine Creek Below Downingtown...The Latest Stage Was 7.0 Feet At 2:20 AM Sunday And Rising Slowly. Flood Stage At Downingtown Is 7 Feet. A Crest Near 8 Feet Is Expected By 5 AM.

Do Not Drive Cars Around Barricades Or Through Flooded Areas.
