Help! My name is Sandy and I am a Disney Cruise Line Forum addict. I should be working on things for my classs tomorrow and I can not seem to help logging in even though my cruise is not until the end of July 2005.

I need a 12 step program.

How about that!? You are so me! Or I am so you? When I got off work tonight instead of working on some homework that was due (actually the final exam for this online class) tonight at midnight, I logged onto the boards! It has become an obsession!

Geez....tonight's topic at church was idolizing other things besides/or in place of God. Convicted me! I am on here morning, noon, afternoon, evening and bedtime! I am an addict and my cruise isn't til July either! Is there a DCL anonymous class available?

My cruise isn't until Sept 2005 and I'm addicted to these boards. My whole family calls me the disney master b/c I have learned so much from these boards. I always have to tell them when I learn something new. It's way to addicting.

It only gets worse. The only cure is taking more cruises. My fourth is coming up in December, and I am planning five and six for next spring, and thinking about seven and eight next fall.

I have friends who are booking DCL cruises because I've told them so much already that they have to see it for themselves.

Good luck with your addiction. It's something you don't want to recover from!

Hi, my name is Cristi and I too am an addict.
I thought that after I went on my cruise in July that maybe, just maybe I wouldn't get on the boards as much. That hasn't happened. Just last week I booked our second cruise for Dec 2005. This time we will be on a 7 day!!!!!! Yipee!!!!

I was really pathetic ... cruised in Nov 2003, thought we never do another DCL cruise again, but couldn't wean myself from these boards ... then early this year DH "decided" we "had" to do the Nov 14 2004 Wonder because it's a pin cruise and the theme is villains (which he collects) ... also by then the rumors were flying like crazy about the Magic coming to California, we didn't think we'd be able to afford it but when our TA got the info in advance we figured out we could afford it. So then I found myself using timeshare points to book Nov, and had the TA book the repo cruise for us. So all of a sudden I have TWO cruises coming up (where I thought I'd have none) and I live on these boards!! I can't get away from them. Every now & then I think "I'll just pop in real fast, read a post or two and then leave." Hours later (and many many posts later) I've not only read, but I've responded to threads, I've started threads, I've PM'd been PM'd responded to PMs, etc. I don't want a 12 step program, because you can't kick an addiction until you want to.

I've been here for years, can't get enough of this place.

Getting ready for our 7th Disney cruise, it will be our 4th Disney Halloween Cruise on the Magic. We've done 6 cruises so far. BTW, got number 8 booked too.

Hi, I'm Beth and I am a DIS Boards addict. Took cruise # 1 in May, have # 2 booked for next June with friends. Looking into Christmas 2005 cruises. (Wish it could be this Christmas)
Also have Carnival Fantasy with DD in 3 weeks.(girls only)
RCL with hubby in Dec.

Can't do a Disney without the kids...UNLESS...we don't tell them...

I need serious help....
