I sent in via contact us a few weeks ago saying that I used a code which I bought with my pin packs from WDW. My bird hat code did not work, I have tried SEVERAL times, does not work.
VMK came back with the reply ' Thank you for contacting VMK. You have not tried to use the code. Please try and then get back to us if it does not work. Thanks. '
Tried the code again a few times no such luck... so wrote in again from contact us.
And then VMK sent me back their first reply..

Any tips on what I should do now? I really don't want to call the number due to call costs and time zones.
