I played fins game and won but never got a prize i reported twice they told me to report via contact us I don't think this is fair at all

I'm sorry thats kind of lame, its not like it costs the hosts anything even if its something small and common, I dont want to wait in a line of 600 people just to wait in the line and see if i'm a frog or a prince i'll save my self the hour and call my self a prince. I went through the twice and got prince the second time and I too was bummed there was no prize. i'm gunna go buy my self something so I feel better
