Ladies what do u do when it's that time of the month and u have a killer sweet tooth that won't go away. I am so temped to take the kids to sonic and get a cookie dough ice cream cup.
 
Lately I have been treating myself to a soft serve cone from McDonald's, for WW it is only 3 points and it definitely makes me feel like I am getting a treat. If you go to Sonic why not try a diet cherry limeade with extra cherries....satisfies me and I am not left feeling guilty. But sometimes if you can deal with the substitution I just pick one thing, eat it and move on.
 
I think I will just sit home. My husband is TDY and he just called me and told me he was having a cinnabon and a cold coffee mocha ugggg I was so mad at him. My goodness this is heard. I already did my work out and I don't want it to go to waste. Thanks for the advice lord knows I need it.
 
Good for you!!! I know it is hard, especially when DH is TDY.....hang in there, YOU CAN DO THIS. :banana:

I'm in the same boat! :mad: I'm dying for something sweet but when it's that "time" I get ravenous and just a little something is never enough. Good for you! It definitely takes a lot of willpower to fight down the temptation when it feels like everything will be so much better with a little chocolate!
 
In times like that I grab a chewy peanutbutter & chocolate granola bar. Does the trick for me. :)

I get the sweet and salty craving really bad once a month. Lately I have been trying trail mix with fruit. It gives me a little of the sweet and salty and it is not too bad for you. I do have to be careful with measuring my portions but so far it has worked pretty well.
 
I got those special K snack packs and that seem to work. But nothing is better then chocolate. today I did cheat a bit my kids wanted pancakes and I had 2 of them. But now I will have a light lunch and I plan on grilling burgers for dinner. I hope thats not 2 bad.
 
Those 100 calorie snacks really help too. They have those cream filled hostess cupcakes now and that really helps kill my sweet tooth without undoing all the hard work.
 
I'm sitting here wondering if this will help.

I have a friend who takes unsweetened dark chocolate and melts it over slices of over ripe bananas or grapes, puts them in a freezer and uses those snacks for that time. I haven't tried it, but she said it helps and the calories are not as much as a candy bar if you only take a small amount.
 
WW has little snack cakes now. I've never tried them but I heard that they are good.

After reading this yesterday I went grocery shopping and they had these on sale so I bought a box and had one for a snack last night. They are really good and it felt like I ate a ton of chocolate for only 100 calories. :)
 
I just weighed myself and I lost 6 pounds!!!!!!!! :cool1: :cool1: :rotfl: :banana: last night I got down cause it looked like the 3 pounds that I lost came back but I also did it at 12 midnight then before my shower I did it no cloths and it said I lost it I am soooo excited I need my husband to call me wooooohooooo
