Help with Western shore excursions

Please, I need some help. Can anyone recommend a few shore excursion options for the costa maya, grand cayman, cozumel stops? We have no interest in scuba or snorkel and DH has some limitations as to strenuous activity.
 
The turtle farm at Grand Cayman is interesting do it at your own pace!
