Help with transport Canaveral to WDW

Helping a friend. She will be taking a cruise with friends out of Canaveral. Once back she will be meeting family in WDW. Can you recommend a transport service?

One person? Cheapest would be cruise transfers or goport to MCO then Mears MCO to WDW.

Most convenient would be private transfer. FL Tours is a board sponsor. Gear Fusion and Tiffany gets good reviews.

Is she cruising on Disney? They have a paid shuttle back to WDW resorts.

I think we more info. Where at WDW -- a resort? in a park? Will she have luggage with her? DCL or another cruiseline?

Uber/Lyft may be an option, though I've heard it's hit or miss whether a driver accepts the request because of the distance and often lack of return fare. Other options include a private car service as a PP mentions, rental car, or possibly a shuttle/shared service. DCL offers transfers to WDW resorts but only if she is cruising on DCL. If she'll have luggage with her she'll need somewhere to store it because it can't go into the parks.
