Help with Tickets

I just booked 7nt/8d at Wilderness Lodge with 8D MYW Base Tickets and free dining for Nov 26 to Dec 3. The CM said to only book with 1D base and upgrade to 7 day ticket at the park with the Florida Resident rate. It would come out cheaper. I can't figure out how. The package price with 8D was 3294.88, then dropped to 2630.32 with a 1 day MYW base. How much is it going to cost me to upgrade 4 adult tickets at the park window? What will I save? ALso, would AAA tickets be cheaper? Any help is appreciated.
