Help with The DIS' Wordpress site

Can anyone steer me to a place for help with The DIS' WordPress website? I'm having difficulty uploading photos for blogs that I'm submitting. I keep getting an error that says that the problem is the Imsanity plug-in. The error says that an editor (Imsanity) cannot be found, and therefore the photos can't be uploaded. Frustrating! I tried looking for help on the regular WordPress website, and I couldn't figure it out. I'm not entirely technical, I admit.

You can use a photo editing program to make them smaller. I often use PicMonkey.com.

Yep, it just means that your photo is too large. I believe the max size is 8MB (I just choose one of the preset options for size). I have a Mac and just do it in Preview under Tools. There is something similar on a Windows computer. Size the photo down, then try uploading again and you shouldn't have any more problems. Good luck!

Thanks, all. I was pretty sure that my photos were small enough (4MB). But I'll check again. I've made mistakes before... And thanks, Jackie, for the link to PicMonkey.com. I'll give that a try.

Update: Thank you all. You were correct. My photos were too big. How embarrassing. Here I thought that I knew what I was doing. But I'm thrilled as I have several blogs to submit, but I was caught up with the inability to upload the photos.

Corey sent me an email telling me that I was approved as a contributor but then never followed up with a link to the Wordpress site, so I've just been writing articles in my own personal journal and I have requested that my writings, titled "The DIS Manifesto", be released to the public upon my death.
