help with the count down

o.k. pretty new here and kind of well make that really lost on somethings. First how on earth do you all get that little count down counter at the bottom that says how many days until we leave for disney? 2nd how do you add pictures to your post? Thanks very much.

Hi if you go to the top of the page there is a search button click on that and type in countdown timer it should bring up a page which has the link to countdown timers not sure how to get pictures sorry. Hope this helps.
