Help with surprise trip letter please

We have visited WDW before (all on-site stays) but this year we have told our daughters will are using our timeshare to stay off-site and won't be able to take part in the meal plans....they are devastated by missing character meals! Free dining promo came out and we changed out plans but they don't know...any suggestions on letters to surprise them?

Our daughters are 6 (Addie) & 7 (Avery Drew) We will be staying in a little mermaid room checking in on 11/24/12.
