HELP with signing on

I'm trying to log on for the first time to the DVC member site. It keeps telling me the member ID is wrong. I've tried the contract number, the club ID, and membership number. It's not taking any of them. Any help would be appreciated.

Call member services tomorrow, if you have not received your number and PIN for the website. Also, be sure, if you have high securiy settings or a firewall that go.com has cookies allowed and that it is shown as a "trusted site".
