Help With Retrieving Reservation Online With AAA Confirmation Number?

Hi!
We are booked through AAA for our May 26-June 4 trip and I have been trying to view our reservation online for 2 weeks now. I keep getting the error message: My Disney Vacation - Error
Sorry, we are not able to display your reservation at this time. Please try again later. Is it because I have 8 digit confirmation number? The format is one number, two letters and five numbers. I tried caps and no caps on last name and everything else. What am I doing wrong? Did I not read somewhere here on the DIS that you could now access reservations with AAA confirmation numbers. Could someone please help me? I would really appreciate it!!!

You cant view a AAA reservation online. That's why you keep getting the Error.

That's right... you can't retrieve reservations made with a travel agent, even AAA.

Well, I guess that explains why I'm having such a difficult time!!! Geez, I could have sworn that I read you could. Thanks so much for your help or I would have still been pulling my hair out!!
