Help with resorts in Orlando/Kissimmee?

So I have an exchange to make into the Orlando/Kissimmee area and I was wondering if anyone here had stayed at any of these resorts? They are Marriott's Grande Vista, Marriott's Harbour Lake, Marriott's Sabal Palms Resort and Star Island Resort? I was looking for information like kid friendly, size of rooms, gated community, located in a nice area of town, how far to Disney and any other things you might think I should know..

Any help would be appreciated I have found some reviews but I was hoping to get some more updated ones here and a few questions answered, thanks

Any of the Marriott properties are nice. Sabal Palms is at the Marriott World Center, and I believe you get access to the hotel's amenities as well. Grande Vista and Harbor Lake are right near each other, and both give easy access to I-4 and International Drive all parks at WDW, Sea World, and Universal. Hope that's helpful

star island resort is pretty close - but would always pick a Marriott before it.

all the Marriott are gated communities. they also have a ton of speed breakers.
