I'm trying to change my flights from May to mid-June. The new flights are available for initial booking, but they're saying "unavailable" for changes on the outgoing flight. The incoming flight is "available" and I can get the Wanna Get Away rate. What am I doing wrong? I also have some travel funds to make up any difference in cost, but it's not letting me make the change.

I’d suggest just calling. SW is great at helping out via phone. Good luck!

Either the flight is sold out or more likely planned for cancellation. Are all price categories unavailable?

When we had to change flights, the instruction in the email said we can choose a new flight within 60 days at no additional cost as long as it said "available". The ones I saw as unavailable had no rhyme or reason to it - I can only assume they were sold out or mostly full. I would imagine Southwest wants those who can re-book with no fare difference to be driven towards flights where the fare would otherwise be low at this point, so they don't lose out on the larger fare differences.

My May flight got canceled and moved to another flight. I tried to go online and reschedule to yet a third flight the same day and I kept getting wonky undecipherable errors. So, I called Southwest and waited probably 15 minutes, but once I got through they got everything squared away nicely. I would just call them.

Just noticed today my itinerary still shows up but when I click on my fights they say "Sorry this flight is already canceled" And no Travel Funds appear either. I guess I'm gonna have to call :(
