Help with renting please

Do any experienced renters have advice and/or a sample contract you use when renting points? I am waiting to see if a resale goes through and should find out next week. If it does, I will be renting points for the first time and want to make sure I do it right!

The "contract" doesn't need to be anything special. It can just contain what you expect from the renter and what the renter can expect from you.

Above all, you shuld make sure that you are comfortable with all aspects of the agreement and are prepared for the possibility that your renter might not meet all of your expectations. In that event, you'll need to have the ability to recoup your points.
