Help with printing passports,autographs and planners

Hi Everyone,
Happy Monday!! (ha ha).. I have a request, If someone could assist, I would FOREVER appreciate it.

I have been saving up all the things I want to make for our Thanksgiving trip and I am now ready to print, And here is the big BUT...I am so overwhelmed I don't know where to start.

I thought there was a thread on here about "how to Print Passports" and other things but I have searched and searched for the last two days and I can not seem to find them anywhere! Any advice on how to print these out? I want to do the desserts around the world for my daughter and daughter in law. Also the drinking around the world for my son and son in law, and of course the Epcot passports for the 6 grand kids.

Also I had a question on the planners.. Do you print both sides of the planner pages or do you leave one side plain for notes and or scrapping? I purchased a spiral scrapbook and disassembled it to run it through the printer, but the planning of the lay out is driving me up the wall. Will it look TOO home-made if I just print one side of the planner pages or does it actually help to have the extra "blanks" for assorted things?

I know Pat makes some great passports and she might be able to assist you on how to print them out.
Recently I made some Booklets (kinda like planner pages) for my grand-daughter and i printed single sided leaving the back of the page blank for random autographs,scrap booking,photos etc.
I used Kinkos for printing
