Help with Photo Story!

I posted on this site a few days ago and got some great advice about creating slideshows & music.

Tonight I bought the plug-in (online thru Sonic)- for Photo story 3.
This allows you to burn your slideshows to a DVD format. It cost $20.00 to download & install the software, and now that I am ready to use it, it will not work! When I get to the "create a DVD" box, it will not allow me to click the create DVD button. I am so fustrated!! Since it is pretty late and CS is only open M-F; I was wondering if anyone is familiar with this software. What could I be doing wrong?? I feel like I just wasted $20.00.

Some DVD burning software does not play nicely with others. Roxio has a history of this, if you have any other DVD burning software on your PC (such as whatever came with your DVD writer) try disabling it before starting the Roxio application.

It is frustrating, I have never been able to get ProShow to burn directly to a DVD either, yet other people I know have no problem.

try DVDSanta. It ahs worked great and will create the DVD for you easily. they do ahve a free version for you to try at DVDSanta.com

I am really fustrated with the software, and because of the Holiday- cannot contact customer service...
