help with ordering the dvd..

anyone else had trouble ordering it online?
i have tried numerous times and i keep getting a error mssg saying I have to select my language..which i do..hit submit again and it tells me the same thing..over and over..a vicious circle!

i have gone to disney.ca and disney.com...
help..i want the dvd!
