Help with Names as a fill

Hi,
I hope someone can help me. I have seen disigns in the past where names were used to create mickey mouse's body. I wanted to do this with the names of all the kids in our group. I would love for it to say Disney 2011 underneath. We want to surprise them with t-shirts letting them know they are all going together. The names are:

Kellcie
Joey
Justyn
Spencer
Ryan
Sara
