help with MVMCP

Going to MVMCP for first time on 11/28. Just a few questions.

Is it important to be there at 7:00. Is there a special beginning to the party like park opening in the am, special music anything if we are a little late that we would miss. I've made a dinner ADR at Ohana at 5:00. I think this should be ok. Our plan is after dinner to head straight to MK. Any opinions? Thanks for the help

No, they don't do anything special at the start of the party.

You should be fine with that ADR time.

Just an FYI, if you wanted to be there earlier (you would have to change ADR), you can get in MK for the party usually any time after 4 PM.

We usually dine at CP on the party nights usually around 5. They will let you in at 4pm for the party.

Thanks for the info. One last question. We will be in MK earlier that day on park hopper ticket. If we eat at Ohana's at 5:00 and get to MK by 6:30, we'll be able to get in right? They don't close the park entrance for a little while before the party do they? Thanks
