Help with MK days planning/FP+

I am planning 2.5 days at MK with my daughters and my parents on a 6 day trip and I'm feeling a little overwhelmed with planning the MK days because there are so many FP+ options (obviously a good thing compared to the Tiered parks, but harder to make decisions I'm finding!) Anyway, we are going to MK on recommended days (according to EasyWDW) that are MNSSHP days in October. I don't like to do nights in the parks yet b/c my kids are too young and need sleep, so we are planning to start around 9 and head back to the resort late afternoon. I'm also trying to minimize walking a bit, since my kids are 5 and 7 and its our first time with no stroller. I would love opinions on this plan and any recommendations. Thank you!

Day 1 - Thursday (crowd level "5" on easyWDW)
9-11/11:30 Adventure/Frontierlands - Big Thunder, Aladdin Carpets, Pirates, HM
11-12: Small World FP
12-1: Peter Pan FP
1-2: Lunch
2-3: Little Mermaid FP
During the extra time in FP windows, we would do some other things in Fantasyland - Dumbo, Barnstormer, Ariel, Rapunzel/Cindy, etc...these are the things my kids want to do, obviously not enough time to do it all

Day 2 - Sunday crowd level "7" on easy WDW
Tinkerbell
Buzz
Indy Speedway
Tea Party
Monsters Inc
Dumbo
Barnstormer
Other Fantasyland attractions not done on Tuesday

Day 3 - Tuesday crowd level 5 on easyWDW
9-10: Belle FP
10-11: SDMT FP
11:20-12:20: A&E FP

Thank you! I have definitely looked at that and its been really helpful. I guess my main question is whether the plan for Thursday is reasonable. I know small world and mermaid aren't high on the priority list, but last time we went they still had long lines by midday and we definitely want to do them. I think I'm hoping that if we can get there by 9 that we'll be able to get some things done in Adventure/Frontierlands without FP+ and then use them in Fantasyland midday. Again, hoping this also cuts down on the walking a bit.
Thanks!

Seems reasonable to me.

I'm not sure if you are planning to watch the parade on your first day, but I would try to get a fastpass for the Festival of Fantasy parade rather than It's a Small World.

Believe me, I tried! It was only available on Sunday afternoon so I booked it...and then I got an email from Disney saying there had been a schedule change and so they moved our FP+ for the parade to Meet Mickey at Town Square at 5:30pm. Not helpful and sorta frustrating! Will it be really hard to find a decent spot to watch the parade without waiting around forever?

Try calling tomorrow morning and ask them to reinstate the parade fastpasses. They just moved the location from the HUB to Town Square for the time being. I'm sure they will try to help you out.

I would fastpass Meet Cinderella & Rapunzel instead of Small World. Small World will most likely still be available to get as your 4th FP at a kiosk. And even if you have to wait for it, the line should be shorter than Cinderella's I would think.
