Help with image please

Taekwondomom did a couple of mickey heads for my family but then her computer crashed. I found this mickey head on her photobucket site and was wondering if someone here could remove the name Zoe and put the name Glen in it's place. I have tried to figure it out on my PhotoImpact program and have spent 2 hours (computer challenged to say the least). If anyone could help I would greatly appreciate it.

I'm going to use that one also but DH wanted one in the same type of design that me and DD have. If you could change the name on this from from Zoe to Glen I would greatly appreciate it. TIA
