Help with II Exchange

I have put in a trade for Aruba Marriott Ocean Club for next April. As of now there is no match yet. I was wondering if anyone has had a good experience in finding a match at this resort or if I should look into something else. We are looking to go to the Carribean for next April and need accomodations for 8. Any info if appreciated. Thanks.

For a 2 BR that will be a tall order, maybe a little less so for the last week of April. I'd say the chances of a DVC member getting a 2 BR for one of the Marriott's for Feb through mid April as VERY low, about as close to zero as you can get unless you wait until 2 months or less from the week needed. It might happen once but overall very unlikely. On top of that, many of the weeks that would be deposited have already been given to II and Marriott members have first chance no matter when you requested. If you can find a member and do a direct exchange, you will be better off.
