help with get well letter

My DS Jack (he's 2) is having surgery on Thursday. I was hoping to give him a letter from Mickey and all his friends that says soemthing about him getting better soon and they are lookng forward to seeing him etc. (we are going to WDW in September). His favorite characters are Cars characters, Toy Story 2 characters, Mickey, Donald, Goofy and Pluto, so if they could be on the letter as a border that would be awesome. If anyone has these characters as clip art, I can do it myself, but I don't know where to find these characters. TIA!

Jack's surgery went smoothly, he is his normal rowdy self, and seems to be recovering just fine. He is taking a nap now and then when his grandmommy gets home, she will have his balloons, and I will give him the letter to go with! I will let you know how the surprise goes!
