So we booked our December trip just last week. I checked the flights and decided that it would be best to fly SW and arrive at MCO at 12:45. Then returning we would fly Jet Blue leaving MCO at 12:45. Checked the flights and the prices where high but okay. Then we got some bad family news and I forgot about the flights for a couple of days.

Today I went back to purchase them and one has gone up $40 a person and the other $30! UG! Times 5 people and that is A LOT of money. Both are non-stop flights.

The only other option is to arrive MCO at 6:40PM - we did that last time but I really wanted a nice first evening with a resort dinner and time to ride the monorail (my son's favorite hobby). UG

Any advice? Dh says to give it a week and see what happens with the fares but I am nervous that they will sell out or go up more! HELP!

I just priced my Jet Blue flights; I like to see how the prices go up after I purchase them. Well, they have gone up! Our 8 tickets now would cost $1,126 more than when I bought them about a month ago. These are April flights.

What part of December? If it is close to Christmas, I would go and buy. If early in the month, I would wait.

Continentals prices went up last night.

Did you check the flight price for the day before? Tue and Wed are cheaper days to fly as well
