Help With Fireworks

Does anyone know how many points you need to get fireworks, or is it a certain amount of games you have to play?? Does anyone know

You either need to score 240,000+ and not come in first place, or Top Ten ten times or place first 10 times for your first fireworks pin.

Ok, Ive already done got one for getting first place 10 times.. can i get fireworks doing the same thing again...
