help with e-tickets

I ordered through the convention site the discounted Disney tickets. They messed up not sending me my e-tickets and are refusing to send my e-tickets to me again by email. I did check my spam folders and nothing was there. My question we arriving Monday night and staying across the street at the Fairfield Inn. Can I run over Monday night and get my tickets printed off? We are going Tuesday morning and I don't want to mess with it then. If yes how late does the ticket office stay open? Would my ticket invoice paperwork be sufficient to get the tickets. Thanks

Don't know the answer to your ticket conundrum but there should be at least one ticket booth open till one hour after park closing time for any given day.
