So I need some help.
DH and I are celebrating 10th wedding anniver tomm. 11-11
WA-hoo. This past weekend he was hospitlized with gallstones and apendix issues. We had an adults only trip 11-11 - 11-14th, (BC and OKW) but I had to cancel on Monday as he cannot eat, fly and needs surgury some time in the next week. I am so thankful DW was wonderful, refunded everything (points in holding but i have til June). In fact aside from 300$ worth of lost air fare as Delta was heartless, DW allowed for ZERO loss 3 days out! WOW!
I want to have a fun late night dinner for him, but he is on a light diet. No hard foods, no raw vegis, extremely low fat, no/little spice. It won't be the Margaritas and Mexican rest at Epcot planned, but I don't want to have chicken soup either.
I am in MI, I am open to buying, cooking, carryout ect. Please help me with an idea. I don't want him to feel bad about last min cancel, or skip the 10 yr anniv, but more so I want it to not make him sick and be yummy too
I cannot think of anything without spice, or fat, that is good.

But maybe you could make the main focus something other than the meal. . .go get massages or something.
